Training DetailsGreat youth ministry training is often hard to find, not very affordable for groups to attend together, and inconveniently located. A new youth ministry training series is coming to your area that will address all three of these difficulties, and—more importantly—will offer you a strong foundation for your ministry with youth. About the TrainingsCalled TRAX: Youth Ministry Essentials, this modular approach to training adults in youth ministry began in February, 2009 and will continue throughout the next few years. Each module is independent of the others, so you can take them in whichever order you wish. The four themes are:
LocationsThese trainings will be held periodically in various quadrants of the state, so over a year or two you will have multiple opportunities to attend the sessions without having to drive several hours. Each training is about 6 hours long, costs $25 per person/per training, and includes lunch, the training materials, and other surprises. Currently scheduled dates include:
TimesThe start and end time for each event will vary slightly depending the workshop or the needs of the presenters or church, but will typically be 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Final times will be added shortly.TrainersAll of the trainers have been specially selected from around the state, and they are excited to bring you this series.
